La coloration offers Personal Color Analysis and Personal (Accompanied) sessions.

Personal Color Analysis may be conducted in person or online, while Personal (Accompanied) Shopping services are available in person only.

These services are intended to support your self-expression and style through professional guidance.

 

2. Disclaimer

• The services provided are subjective and advisory in nature. They do not guarantee any specific result, appearance, or satisfaction.

• Clients acknowledge that color and style recommendations are based on the stylist’s professional opinion and may not reflect every individual’s personal preferences or cultural considerations.

• The provider does not offer medical, dermatological, or psychological advice.

 

3. Limitation of Liability

• The Service Provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with purchased products, allergic reactions, or styling outcomes.

• Any purchases made during Personal Shopping are solely the client’s responsibility. We do not guarantee the quality, fit, or returnability of any third-party products.

 

4. Client Responsibility

• Clients are responsible for informing the Service Provider of any allergies, sensitivities, or health conditions relevant to the service.

• Clients agree to make final decisions regarding purchases and personal styling choices.

 

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable.

• Refunds will be processed through your credit card company and may take up to a few business days to appear.

• Please note: the transaction fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, visuals, and documents provided during the service are the intellectual property of La coloration and may not be copied, shared, or used commercially without consent.Consent can be given informally, such as via direct message (e.g. Instagram) or other written communication.

 

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Osaka District Court.

By booking and participating in our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
