①What payment methods do you accept?

Payment is accepted online only and will be processed at the time of booking your appointment

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover

 

②Can I cancel my appointment?

Yes — cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before your scheduled time

If you reschedule instead of canceling, no cancellation fee will apply

③How far in advance should I book?

If there is availability, bookings can be made up to the day before your session.

④Where is the meeting place?

The salon is located in:

〒545-0021 Osaka, Abeno-ku, Hannanchō 1-chome

About a 7-minute walk from Abeno Station (Osaka Metro Tanimachi Line)

About a 15-minute walk from Tennoji Station (JR Osaka Loop Line)

  The full address and directions will be provided upon booking

 

⑤Can I receive the session outside of the salon?

Yes — Personal shopping sessions can be arranged at your preferred location.

In that case, transportation fees will apply

 

⑥Does Yuko speak English?

Yuko is not a native English speaker, but she has experience working with international clients

With a little cooperation and understanding, she will do her best to support you!

 

⑦What are the business hours?

Sessions are available from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM (Japan Time)

 

⑧What time should I arrive?

Make sure you arrive on time. Sessions are charged by the hour, so starting late may reduce your session time
